One of the most important components of the Reagan Band is the Student Leadership Program.  Student leaders are selected through application, interviews, and auditions, and train throughout the summer at various camps and with the Reagan directors.

Student leaders assist with sectionals, drill rehearsals, prepare music, teach fundamentals, and run team building activities.
